What people don't realize is; exercise has mental AND physical benefits, even emotional ones. One thing that benefits your body is your lungs get stronger; when you do cardio, your brain sends signals to make them help you breathe better, faster, and deeper. Working out not only improves your body, but also improves your mental function. Exercise increases something in the brain called "serotonin" which leads to mental clarity and a more productive day. A lot of people will come up to me saying "I just can't find the motivation to workout and it really stresses me out not being able to push myself to do it". Well i'm here to tell you that from my experience, working out has helped me be less stressed in school, at work, and just life in general. It happens to take so much off of your shoulders, it's like magic :)

Go work out!
