Protein Pizookie

Ingredients:

2 cups Kodiak Power Cakes or Pancake Mix

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1/4 tsp. Salt

1 cup. mini chocolate chips

1 egg

2 Tbsp. pumpkin puree

1/3 cup. raw honey

1/4 cup. coconut oil

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350*

2. Mix all of the dry ingredients in one large bowl

3. Melt the coconut oil and honey in a separate bowl, mix into the dry ingredients along with the vanilla, egg, and pumpkin

4. Stir in the chocolate chips, mix well

5. Press dough into a cast iron skillet or a sprayed round pan

6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, depending on how crispy you like it.

7. Top with ice cream & enjoy!

8. Store leftovers in a sealed container or in the fridge.
