Ultimate Home Booty Workout
I recommend doing this circuit if you can't make it to the gym, you're on vacation, etc.
Repeat Circuit 3 times.
-Pop Squat (60 seconds): start in a squat, jump up and bring feet together
-Bulgarian Split Squat (30 seconds each leg): use the couch or a chair for support
-Plyometric Bulgarian Split Squat (30 seconds each leg): normal bulgarian split squat but a jump with it
-One and a half squat (60 seconds)
-Glute Bridge (1 minute)
-Jump Squat (1 minute)
