GOT GLUTES?

Here are some tips for you if you are trying to build some nice glutes!

-Eat clean

-Isolate the glutes during exercise

-Work on an incline

-Use HIIT

-Stay away from "special glute growing products"

Squats, deadlifts, and lunges are great ways to get those glutes pumped up.
