All of us have different things we like to do at the gym, especially on leg day. These are some of the workouts I do on a typical leg day
4×15 Leg Press
3×11-21 Single leg press (try & up your weight for this one and really focus on that leg that is pushing the weight)
Single Leg Deadlifts (the reps just depend on the day)
Front squats & Regular Squats (I use the free weight bar and not the assisted machine) I do a pyramid which consists of adding weight up until a certain set and then taking the weight off as you go back down.
4×20 (each leg) Bulgarian Split Squats – you can use a bench or even a couch at home.
Squat pulses– do a regular squat and stay at the bottom and pulse for 30 seconds then rest. Repeat 3 times. IT WILL BURN.
Last but not least, stairmaster & treadmill. Cardio is important people! If you are looking to tone your legs, these two machines are gonna be your best friends
